An einem späten Aprilnachmittag nahm ich an einem vom CBMI(Zentrum für biomedizinische Bild- und Informationsverarbeitung) organisierten Seminar teil. Sie sind erst kürzlich an die HTW Berlin umgezogen, und um ihre Organisation und ihr Team vorzustellen, haben sie diese Veranstaltung in ihrem neuen Sitz eingerichtet. Ich habe natürlich fotografiert, aber ich habe auch viel Faszinierendes über die moderne Welt der biomedizinischen Datenerfassung erfahren. Das CBMI ist dazu da, die Verarbeitung und Unterstützung bei der Analyse dieser riesigen Menge an Informationen zu untersuchen, etwas, das viele Leben retten könnte.
