TANGO BERLIN FESTIVAL

Taking photos for a book about Tango was my first commission. The writer's concept was that I would attend the 2010 Tango Berlin Festival and blend in with my camera with the hope of getting some great shots. Back then I didn't really understand what the attraction of Tango was, but when I became a social dancer myself, all became clear and what I photographed during that festival made complete sens; the intense emotions and the feeling of being lost in time that so often accompanies the dancers was there all along.
