Thomas Dakin schuf seine Version des klassischen Getränks bereits 1761. Heute, fast 260 Jahre später, wird sein Rezept weiterhin verwendet, und in einer neuen Mikrobrennerei fand es in Manchester ein Zuhause. Trotz ihres Erbes und ihres außergewöhnlichen Geschmacks ist diese Marke in Deutschland jedoch immer noch wenig bekannt. Um dies zu ändern und sie den Gin-Liebhabern in Berlin vorzustellen, veranstaltete Thomas Dakin einen Meisterkurs & eine Party in der Neuköllner Ratzeputz-Bar. Es gab köstliche Cocktails, tolle Melodien und erstaunliche Gesellschaft, die sich zu einem wunderbaren Abend addierten.
