2022 wurde das 70-jährige Bestehen der diplomatischen Beziehungen zwischen Australien und Deutschland gefeiert. Zur Feier des Tages lud Botschafter Philip Green zahlreiche lokale Freunde, Wirtschaftsvertreter sowie Gäste aus Down Under zu einem Frühstück und köstlichem Kaffee in die australische Botschaft ein. Es war nicht nur eine gute Gelegenheit, die Beziehungen zu vertiefen, sondern auch über die Zukunft der Zusammenarbeit zwischen den beiden Nationen zu sprechen.
